Our sharpening classes are built the same way we run the shop: practical, hands-on, and a little nerdy in the best way. We don’t just want your knives to be sharp; we want *you* to understand why they’re sharp, how to keep them that way, and maybe even enjoy the process.

We’ve taught hundreds of people to sharpen their own blades, and we’re always excited to share the joy  of a clean, effortless slice. Come learn a new skill, talk shop, and leave with sharper knives; and maybe a slightly sharper mindset too.
